Once you have placed an order with us then a request will be sent to our warehouse to dispatch your item. We usually dispatch orders within 24 to 48 working hours But during weekends it might take longer. It takes around 5 to 7 days for the delivery of the product.
Yes, you can cancel your order by mailing us immediately at support@kobbloleather.com with the subject line 'Cancel My Order'. Once the order is dispatched then we won't be able to cancel it.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment email that will contain the tracking number for your package. But it may take up to 24 hours to receive this email.
Unfortunately, we can not modify an order once it has been placed on our website. However, you may cancel the order if it has not been shipped out and place a new order. Please mail us at support@kobbloleather.com and we will assist you in the best possible way.
We have a very transparent return policy. If you receive your order and believe it is not the right fit, then you have 30 days from the time of purchase to return it back to us in unused and new condition.
